Plugged it in and the power cable fit snug right away, and both controllers respond instantly. The slight scratches on the console don’t bother me at all since it works perfectly and brings back that classic two-player fun.

It powers on instantly and the dials feel smooth despite the age, so the scratches on the casing don't bother me one bit. Hooked it up to my old tube TV and the paddle response is spot-on for a proper two-player grudge match.
