Nobunaga's Ambition - SNES Game

The turn-based strategy actually requires you to think several moves ahead, which is a nice challenge. The interface takes a minute to get used to, but after that it's deeply rewarding.

Got this for my SNES collection and the turn-based planning is just deep enough to keep me hooked without feeling overwhelmed. The way you have to outmaneuver enemy forces across each stage really scratches that strategic itch.

I’ve been sinking evenings into this one—the strategic stage planning really pulls you in, and outmaneuvering the AI on the map feels properly rewarding. It’s a solid SNES title that holds up for anyone who likes slow-burn tactics.
