Shingen the Ruler - NES Game

Was a bit worried buying a retro cartridge only, but this one booted up perfectly on the first try with no glitches. The game plays smoothly and the label is in surprisingly good shape for its age.

The manual is missing but the cartridge itself loads on the first try every time, which is what matters for a retro game this old. The save battery still holds data too, which surprised me for a 90s title.

The cartridge arrived spotless and clicked into my NES without a single hiccup, so the cleaning and testing they mention clearly wasn't just lip service. Booted straight to the title screen and the save battery holds my progress from last night.
