Used N64 Game Shark 2.1

Pulled out the cartridge and was pleasantly surprised at how clean the contacts were—no rubbing alcohol needed. Used the "Unlimited Health" code for Ocarina of Time and breezed through a boss fight I'd been stuck on for years. Really satisfying to finally break a game wide open.

Wasn't sure a used cartridge would still work, but it fired right up and the codes loaded with no issues. Finally gave myself endless ammo in GoldenEye and unlocked some hidden characters I never got as a kid. The version 2.1 code list is way bigger than I remembered too.

Got this mainly to mess around with unlimited ammo in Perfect Dark and it works exactly as described. The cartridge is version 2.1, so most of the codes I looked up were already built in. Took a minute to figure out the menu, but now I can finally unlock the hidden characters I never got as a kid.
