I was pleasantly surprised by how well the hinge area lines up — no wobble at all after reassembly. The white plastic has a nice matte finish that matches the original look. Took about an hour to swap everything over.

The new shell fits perfectly on my old DS Lite, and the white plastic matches the original finish nicely. Took about an hour to transfer everything over, but the screw holes lined up without any forcing.

Finally got around to swapping out my beat-up shell and the new white buttons feel just as clicky as the originals. The screw holes all lined up perfectly, which made the whole process way less frustrating than I expected. This is exactly what my handheld needed to feel fresh again.
