Jillian Michaels' Fitness Ultimatum 2009 - Wiiゲーム

The calorie counter and progress tracker actually keep me motivated to push through the last set. The balance board integration is surprisingly smooth for a workout game this old.

I was surprised how intense the workouts get for a Wii game — the custom routines really push you to keep moving. The disc arrived in perfect shape and works flawlessly with my console.

This game really tracks your movements accurately, which makes a huge difference during the fast-paced circuit training sessions. I've already felt a noticeable improvement in my endurance after just a week of using it.
