The box dimensions are bigger than I expected, so it made a solid gift for my nephew. He's obsessed with Luigi and the Mario Kart design, and it's sturdy enough for the abuse a six-year-old dishes out.

This little Luigi RC car handles surprisingly well on both carpet and hardwood floors. The steering is responsive enough to drift around corners just like in the game. My son hasn't put it down since we charged it up.

The packaging was a little dusty from being used, but the Luigi kart itself is in fantastic shape and the remote control feels solid in hand. My kid had it zooming across the living room floor within minutes of unboxing, and the weight gives it a nice, sturdy feel that I wasn't expecting.
