Zillion II Triformation - Sega Master System

The weapon upgrades in Zillion II feel more satisfying than the first game, and the Tri Formation adds a real strategic layer. I've been hunting for a solid Master System shooter, and this one delivers.

The game is surprisingly smooth for an old Master System title, and the Zillion laser feels satisfying to use against enemies. It's a neat sequel that captures that classic run-and-gun feel.

I love how the Triformation mechanic lets you switch between three different ship modes—that kept each level feeling fresh. The Zillion laser is just as satisfying as I remember from the original. A solid sequel that doesn't disappoint.
