Castlevania: The Adventure - Gameboy 遊戲

I was surprised at how well the chiptune soundtrack captures the classic Castlevania mood on such a tiny cartridge. The difficulty feels perfectly balanced for a handheld, with the sub-weapon throwing knife making those early boss fights much more manageable.

The whip upgrade mechanic adds a nice layer of strategy to an already solid platformer, and the chunky pixel art of Dracula’s castle is surprisingly moody for a Game Boy title.

Those old-school Game Boy graphics really nail the creepy castle atmosphere, and the music is surprisingly catchy for an 8-bit soundtrack. It's tough but fair, with just the right amount of challenge for a quick handheld session.
