Wii Fit Plus - Wii 遊戲

I was a bit worried buying just the disc, but it loads perfectly and the balance board syncs without any issues. The yoga and strength exercises are just as fun as I remembered.

The custom workout routines in Wii Fit Plus let me target specific muscle groups, which is much better than the random exercises in the original game. I've been using the rhythm boxing almost every day and it's a surprisingly good cardio session.

I've been using it to track my daily balance and the body test feature is surprisingly accurate. The step-by-step yoga instructions make it easy to follow along, even for a beginner like me.
